We are pleased to offer online appointment booking. if you have health card, please click on OHIP Patient link below or here.

Please note, as per our office policy, we require a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. Click here to view our office policy.

if you don’t have health card, please click on Non-OHIP link below or here. You will need your passport number to complete the booking. Please bring your identification documents to your appointment. There may be a charge for the visit; check our office policy or call us to confirm the current fee for non-OHIP patients.

IFHP patients are covered by appropriate Blue Cross coverage. Please bring your refugee papers with you.
